All our prices are fixed and subject to change without prior notice. The price of our goods depends on seasonality and market conditions. We strive to offer competitive prices on all of our products. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We support MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Benefit. VIII. DELIVERY

We will not dispatch the products purchased by cards until we have received cleared funds from the relevant party.

Orders are subject to delivery charges based on the location you have specified in the order. Deliveries will be made as per the customer’s instructions. We will not have any responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any products unless either the products charged for are not delivered to the information being provided, or you give us full details of the shortages within 24 hours of the part delivery. We will not have any responsibility for late or non-delivery of goods arising from incorrect delivery information being provided. If there is no one to accept the delivery of your order it will be returned to us, and you will be charged for it to be re-dispatched.

We deliver within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our delivery team works diligently to ensure that the order is delivered within the expected time frame. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic and weather conditions. In these instances, we will ensure to make all the efforts to contact the customer and notify about any delays via email.

IX. ORDER AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on our website are available for purchase. However, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, some items may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated time for when the item will be back in stock. If an item is permanently out of stock, we will remove it from our website.

X. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We ensure the highest quality of our products. Products should be checked on delivery and concerns must be reported immediately. Once delivered we are unable to accept returned goods. We import all products from Turkey, and returns are restricted. We do not accept returns or refunds due to the delicate nature of the products.

In the case that we are at fault, the goods will be collected immediately, and appropriate preparations will be made. We will provide full credit for any product that is damaged or unusable because of the shipping and handling conditions. A note stating the nature of damage must accompany items returned for damages. In the event of out-of-stock, you may request different item(s), equal or lesser value. Sometimes a substitute item may be cheaper than the primary item ordered. In such cases, we will automatically adjust the price of the substitute item to reflect the lower cost. We do not offer refunds for the price difference between the primary item and the substitute item.
